Cancellation policy

At our transfer service, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your transfer and do so more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel late or fail to show up for your transfer, your deposit will not be refunded.

In the event that this occurs due to reasons beyond your control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or transportation issues, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for your transfer. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation so we can assist you in the best way possible.
