If the service of licensed guide is selected, please note that an additional seat in the vehicle will be required for the guide to accompany you. Please make sure to account for the extra space needed when booking your tour

Cancelation policy

Full-Day and Half-Day Excursions

For these excursions, customers have the flexibility to cancel and receive a full refund if their plans change up to 2 days before the scheduled departure. However, please note that if a cancellation occurs within 2 days of the tour’s start date, the full cost of the tour will be charged.

Additionally, for daily tours that include a professional guide, the cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the tour day are eligible for a full refund of the guide’s fee.
If the cancellation is made 7 days before the tour, a refund of 50% of the guide’s fee is available.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the tour, the guide’s fee is fully charged.

Shore Excursions

Customers planning shore outings can cancel up to 15 days before the tour’s departure date for a full refund. It’s important to be aware that cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the service will incur the full cost of the outing.

Multi-Day Journeys

For multi-day trips, an advance payment of 30% is required to secure a booking. This deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 40 days before the scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel or change your plans between 39 and 20 days before arrival, a fee amounting to 50% of the total cost is applicable. For cancellations or changes within 19 days of arrival, or in case of no-shows, the full cost of the program is charged.
